Yes! Email Personalization for Travel  works with your existing email vendors like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, SendGrid or Responsys.

Emails are personalized using a machine learning algorithm, which considers both attributes about the customer, as well as their past and current behaviour.

By default, the carousel uses AWS Personalize’s HRNN model (hierarchical recurring neural network). You can watch a video here to see this model in action for recommending hotels on a website.

Most companies implementing Email Personalization in the travel industry undergo a 3 month pilot. Improvements in clickthrough rate of 30-300% are typical. 

It is possible to go-live in as little as two weeks. Over time, additional customer profile information may be added to improve recommendations and performance.
